The character's faces and poses are too similar and there are too many identical poses and features.
The other features are well done like the hair and clothes, the problem is the faces and poses being so identical stand out a lot and will be the first thing to jump out to the person reading.
Don't get me wrong, I think the art is well done but they need more defining features like unique stances, poses, different facial features, different expressions, eye color, and slight skin tone differences like a slight tan or slightly paler perhaps.
Not saying you need to add all of those but adding most of them will solve the issue or at least help a great deal.

They're quintuplets so the faces are supposed to be identical. Not coming up with a convenient reason for why they are identical, the characters are literally supposed to be quintuplets
That in itself makes it a very convenient way to cut corners and do less work on the characters. Which is a shame because the rest of the art is very good.
Tbf its an anime with a pretty large fanbase so I doubt it was on purpose. But their expressions could have been altered to suit their personality's.

Faces look bad... Their facial features look so off putting ( eyes , mouth... ) doesnt look anyhting like what they are supposed to be looking like...

hahaha, there's good ending, you only have to get the right choices to get the route of your favorite quintuplet
I saw all the scenes with Nino, Ichika and Itsuki. Then the sky broke, and mc dies. Once I was in the situation being tied up, but I doubt that’s the good ending. After all other choices I was killed by that shadow girl, or I survived and could go to the girls’ room.
The story will continue in vol. 3, which is in development
